4. spray your pan and throw in your onion on a low heat, cook onion for 1 minute (just sweating it basically)
5. Then when onion has started to get a bit translucent, throw in your garlic and rosemary and mix together. Let that cook for another minute
6. Now add the, tomatoes, pasta, Cooked chicken & roasted zucchini, and just let it cook for a minute or two while mixing before serving. Top with parm and enjoy 😄🍝 (oh and I obviously cut up my chicken beast:))
