This confirmed up in my discover tab at the moment and I clicked on it. I completely agree what it has to say about it under. What I do have so as to add is that numerous these meals which are misrepresented to be on the left right here are literally nice, particularly these eggs and bread! A wholesome quantity of protein (I eat numerous eggs) and carbs for power has been important in my health journey.

I see this image to insinuate that those that are obese simply eat these “unhealthy” meals and people who are “smaller” are the one ones that eat nicely.
Simply because somebody is obese doesn’t imply that they’ve overeaten on carbs – somebody can eat all wholesome meals and be obese too!!!!! Being obese can be brought on by medical points. On the similar time, “smaller” folks could solely be consuming unhealthy meals.
❌You may’t inform by somebody’s dimension what varieties of meals they’re consuming. I’ve seen this image round so much and I discover it to be a generalisation BASED ON STEREOTYPES and could possibly be taken as offensive.

I completely agree with the above and it is so irritating to see stuff like this generalizing folks’s journey. This showed up in my explore tab today and I clicked on it. I absolutely agree what it has to say about it below. What I do have to add is that a lot of these foods that are misrepresented to be on the left here are actually great, especially those eggs and bread! A healthy amount of protein (I eat a lot of eggs) and carbs for energy has been essential in my fitness journey.

I see this picture to insinuate that those who are overweight just eat those “bad” foods and those who are “smaller” are the only ones that eat well.
Just because someone is overweight does not mean that they have overeaten on carbs – someone can eat all healthy foods and be overweight too!!!!! Being overweight can also be caused by medical issues. At the same time, “smaller” people may just only be eating unhealthy food.

I absolutely agree with the above and it’s so frustrating to see stuff like this generalizing people’s journey. Body size is dependent on so many things: genetics, bone structure, workout regimen, any medical conditions, etc that it’s very ignorant to assume just because someone’s body looks a certain way that they only eat “certain” things! What do you guys think?
