You NEED these scrumptious excessive protein turkey meatballs in your life!☺️
-Serves 4

RECIPE: Turkey Meatballs with roasted tomato and zucchini noodles

Components:
For meatballs:
1 lb lean floor turkey
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/Three cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
salt and pepper, to style

The remainder of components:
Four medium zucchinis,
2 garlic clove, minced
1/Four tsp crimson pepper flakes
1 crimson onion, diced
6 medium tomatoes
1/2 tsp d
fried oregano flakes
Three tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped contemporary parsley

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.

2. In a big bowl mix all of the meatball components. Type into 1 inch balls. Place the meatballs, chopped tomatoes and onion on a baking sheet, masking about 2/Three of the baking sheet.

3. Sprinkle the tomatoes and onion with half the
minced garlic and crimson pepper flakes. Season with salt and black pepper.

4. Drizzle the meatballs, tomatoes and onion with 2 tbsp of olive oil, then bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

5. Take away from the oven, and place the zucchini noodles to the remaining house on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining garlic and ½ teaspoon of salt and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Toss to mix.
6. Sprinkle the tomatoes and onion with ½ teaspoon of dried oregano and toss to mix.

7. Return the tray within the oven and bake for 10 extra minutes.

8. Divide the zucchini noodles evenly between Four meals containers, and high every with tomato sauce and meatballs. Sprinkle with parsley.

9. Serve instantly or retailer in fridge for as much as Four days.
