🧐Kind of ‘off topic’ for me, but this has been on my mind since I started working from home (and spending a lot of time sitting throughout the day).

📋We all know that sitting for long periods of time isn’t great for us. Unfortunately it has now been linked to several diseases, including obesity, back pain, hypertension and depression [heart.org]
.
🚴🏻‍♀️Luckily, there are easy actionable ways to move more throughout the day. Here are some of them (and none of them mean heading to the gym before or after work)!
.
🤸🏻‍♂️Basically, just get moving. Get up and stretch every hour, intentionally take the stairs, take a walk and find fun ways to integrate physical activity into your everyday.
