Two examples breaking the fast aka breakfast + starting the day with nutrient dense options on hand. Both take into account time and life demands.

The smoothie bowl is polyphenol dense with a variety of frozen berries, seeds and nuts with protein powder with coconut milk and filtered H20.
Blitzed all together and ready in under 5 minutes.

The egg muffins are made in 15 minutes by @iamhayleyray . Using organic free range eggs with asparagus + tomatoes and basil. Cooked in the oven and ready to go. These can even be made the night before!

Additionally both options can be taken out in Tupperware or a shaker bottle.
Both options do require PLANNING AHEAD with sourcing and stocking ingredients. Items such as eggs, supply of variety of veg in fridge, assortment of frozen berries and seeds / nuts in the pantry.

By planning and stocking up ahead, you save yourself the stress and time it takes to find appropriate options which met your standards which do not break your bank balance whilst out and about then complain about it.
If you do not like something, then take action into your own hands and do something about it when possible.

I try to make my smoothies as thick as possible which requires me to use a spoon instead of gulping down.
