My Favourite Meal ATM | One Pan Quick 15 Mins | Step by Step + Save It & Enjoy ❤️

👉🏼 Macros:
297 Cals | P 12 C 6 F 25 ( I do not count my veg for sanity reasons ☺️)

👉🏼 Ingredients:
2 Courgettes / Zucchini’s
1/2 tbsp Ghee (@bulletproof)
2 Pasture Raised Eggs
1 Medium Avocado
👉🏼 Garnish:
Chilli Flakes, Nigella Seeds, Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper

👉🏼 Recipe:
1. Add Ghee to ovenproof pan or cast iron skillet on a medium heat.
Preheat Oven to 180c
2. Spiralize your Courgettes / Zucchinis, great forearm gains here 💪🏼
3. Sauté for a few minutes. Then make nests by spreading out to form 2 holes.
4. Crack egg in the middle and then add pan to the oven for 3 minutes until egg is cooked to about 70% (it will continue cooking another 10% once out)
5. Either eat straight outta the pan or plate it up like me. Add garnish.
