Do you ever grab a handful of nuts as an evening treat/snack? Nuts are awesome but very calorie dense and easy to over consume!
💥You can be eating the healthiest 3 meals daily, but if you consume MORE calories then your body burns, over time you WILL GAIN WEIGHT!!
If you are trying to lose weight, you actually may be better off having your favourite chocolate 🍫 or sweet 🍭 as a treat☺️ especially if 1 portion of nuts is over 500 calories. Sure you could choose the ‘nuts’ also, as some may say they have a better nutrient profile then ‘sweets’ but just take care of portion sizes!
