I will be honest with you, I’m no angel every single day 😇.

I know what my pitfalls are, and up untill this day I do my upmost best to improve them.

One of those is time management 😅.

It’s easy to run out of the door and grab something on the go, but it might not always be the healthiest and most cost effective choice.

And yes, when in a rush I do like my comfort food (Croissant + grande cappuccino) to make me feel at ease again. 😋🥐.

There are so many quick and EASY ways to make nourishing your body fit into your lifestyle! It’s all about trial and error!

Set that alarm 10 minutes earlier so you can jump out of bed and make breakfast at home. ⏰.

If you can’t wake up earlier try preparing overnight oats or simply grabbing toast on the go in the morning. 👩🍳.

I know how hard a fresh start can be, so let me help you with one of my favorite smoothies I make:

Creamy Berry Smoothie

Prep time: 10 minutes

Yields:
2 servings

Ingredients
1 avocado
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
2 tbsps chia seeds
Juice of 2 limes
1 cup almond milk
5 ice cubes

Directions
Wash and pat all produce dry.
De-pit and score avocado and transfer to blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Really in a rush? Remove the avocado 🥑 to save up some time.

p.s. not a fan of almond milk? Try Soy- or Coconut milk. 🥥.
