How do you build your meals? 🤷🏼‍♀️I love starting with some raw veggies like a salad 🥗(or rabbit food) then some cooked veggies🌶🌽🥕🥦🍆, healthy fats🥑🥚, and then ending with protein🍗! It’s made such a change since I started to think about what veggies to start with instead of what protein to start with – fill half your plate with veggies and you’ll be packing in tons of nutrients and fill up on all the healthy goods!!! 😋😋😋
