A quick glance and it’s clear just how different the nutritional value is for these two options.

💸Some brands in the Food Industry have spent millions advertising that “cereal is the best option for breakfast” but what about good old fruit?

🍒Fruit can give you a steady energy start to the day. Fruit can also help with weight management because of the water and fiber content and also just for the fact it could be a better option than what you would’ve eaten if you hadn’t had the fruit. You can also eat MORE of it, filling you up.

And, if we are talking SUGAR content of the fruit.. what about the cereal! If you are looking for lower sugar, high protein breakfasts I posted about that a few weeks ago but will do a post with some recommendations for that soon, if that’s your preference🙂

🍏Wholesome produce are going to provide nutrients and vitamins for your body in comparison to processed food. Regardless of your size, body composition, health, etc we all experience the same benefits from the various vitamins and minerals.
