Fruit is just an amazing food and perfect as a snack 💗 On this pic you can see 5 small bananas, 100g berries, 1 Tablespoon flax seeds and some water 🍌🍓💦 On the left side there is whole fruit, on the right side the food has been „processed“ into a smoothie. Both are fine, because the water and the fiber of the fruit is still in it😋 However, the #smoothie can be gone in two minutes, because you don’t have to chew carefully; so this option is ideal for people who are struggling to consume enough calories (Please note that I‘m not saying that smoothies cause weight gain, it’s just easier to consume more calories this way; if you drink a smoothie instead of a meal, or can promote weight loss, too). Whereas eating the whole fruit is the ideal choice for people who want to lose weight 👙💕 But as always: balance is key.
