Don’t worry, I still eat on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 🙃

As a rule of thumb, I won’t keep meals in my fridge more than four days after I’ve cooked them, for food safety. I’ve had questions about what I do for the rest of the week. I simply cook up another meal or two on Wednesday or Thursday night to get me through Friday to the weekend, or I will defrost some freezer meals.
