Dark chocolate is “the healthier chocolate” but it has more calories than Milk or White. The real question is, are most people who eat chocolate, choosing to eat it for its health benefits?🤨

I’m not sure about you, but I most certainly am not😋

Dark chocolate has been given a lot of good publicity in recent years, but a lot of the research is funded for by chocolate such companies and focuses on the COCOA EXTRACT found in dark chocolate, not the actual chocolate.

The thing is that, although cocoa does have some benefits, this cocoa is mixed with lots of fats and sugars so these “benefits” can be obtained through so many other superfoods too without the extra saturated fat and sugar.

In fact, Milk Chocolate has less fat and more calcium✅

I personally do not like dark chocolate ❌
..and so therefore, if I am going to eat that magical stuff🍫 I damn well choose the one I actually ENJOY the most (white🙊chocolate)! What’s your fav?

Chocolate is generally eaten as a treat for most, so if we are eating it (as part of an overall healthy lifestyle!) I think it’s ABOUT TIME WE STOP FEELING GUILTY about choosing milk/white chocolate and just choose
WHAT WE ACTUALLY ENJOY THE MOST
(even if that’s dark chocolate too-sorry if I’ve offended dark chocolare lovers out there🍫😘!).

What do you think?

And YES, obviously I had to sample all the three types above for research purposes and to make sure white is definitely my favourite🤪❤️🍫
