Either one could be right for you depending on your goals or what you eat that day.

Cauliflower rice is an easy swap if you’re looking to lose weight without counting calories & add more fiber to your day.
.
White rice is great if you need the added carbs, calories or looking to refuel post-workout. Also, white rice would be great if the rest of your day doesn’t have much other carbs involved or loads of fruit.

The left side meal has:
4oz wild salmon
1/4 cup sautéed cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup sautéed portobello mushroom
1/4 cup sautéed red onion
1/4 cup kimchi
1 tbsp olive
1 cup cauliflower rice
.
The right side meal has:
Everything the same except 1 cup white rice subbed in for the cauliflower rice.

Another option would be do 1/2 cup white rice. This meal combination is bomb btw.
