Brunch:
Smoked mackerel + black and green olives + hummus + cucumber + apple

Lunch:
Chicken livers + sweet potato + courgette noodles + 1/2 avocado + tomatoes + basil

Dinner:
Lamb feta burger in lettuce wrap + Greek salad with 1/2 avocado

Total calories approx 2400 calories
I try to implement a eating window from sunrise to sunset. I don’t follow a time “restricted” eating pattern as I dislike the word “restriction”.
