Fat Loss = Caloric Deficit + High Protein + Lifting Weights; this is the golden formula to attain your goal physique.

You need to continuously try and get stronger through “progressive overload”, meaning you increase the volume/ or add weight/ or increase # of reps/ or decrease rest per workout session. Continuous overload will result in muscle growth and strength increase overtime.

Treat hunger as your friend; rather than dreading the feeling of hunger, understand that you are on your way to a better looking, leaner you. Strategically plan your meals and eat foods that are generally lower in calories and high in protein in order to reduce the feeling of hunger throughout the day. Fitness
